- Open an interactive rebase for the feature branch from the commit actions menu.
- Use autosquash to fold fixup commits into the commits they amend. Review the resulting sequence in the editor.
- Drag commits into the order you want them to appear in the branch history.
- Choose Reword for the vague commit message and continue the rebase. Enter a descriptive message when prompted and save it.
- Review the completed branch history to confirm that the commits are ordered and named as intended.
